About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Glitera website or place an order with us. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

Our products

Glitera sells imitation (artificial) jewellery. Our pieces are gold, silver or rose-gold plated on alloy bases and are not made of precious metal unless the product page clearly says so.

We try to show every product accurately, but colours and finish can look slightly different on different screens.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees. Shipping charges and any discount are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken securely through our payment partner.

If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, or goes out of stock after you order, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you have paid.

Shipping

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates and can vary with location and courier delays. You can track your order from My Account.

Returns and refunds

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us to start a return. Once we receive and check the item, the refund is sent to your original payment method.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
