When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and shipping address. We also keep a record of the orders you place with us.

Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on their secure page and are never stored on our servers.

How we use it

We use your details only to process and deliver your orders, send order and account updates, answer your questions and keep your account secure.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the partners that help us run the store: our payment partner to take payment, and courier partners to deliver your order. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cart and wishlist. You can clear these from your browser settings at any time.

Your choices

You can view and update your profile and saved addresses from My Account. To have your account and personal data deleted, contact us and we will process the request, keeping only the order records we must hold for tax and legal purposes.

Security

Passwords are stored encrypted and all traffic to our site is sent over a secure connection. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
